Women's Basketball Picks Up Another Victory Against Miami Dade

Women's Basketball picks up another Southern Conference victory over Miami Dade.

In what was a tight game late into the 4th quarter, the Panthers prevailed 64-60 for the 2nd straight game versus Miami Dade.

Palm Beach started out strong, outscoring the opposing Sharks 20-9 in the 1st quarter. Miami Dade came back with 14 in the 2nd, outscoring the Panthers by 6. PBSC outscored Miami Dade 18-13 in the 3rd and fended off a 24-point onslaught in quarter number 4.

Vendela af Malmborg and Reagan Hune tied for the team-lead with 12 points. Kaziah Ross finished with 11 points and led the starters with 8 rebounds. Caleese Ramirez finished with 10 points and led the team with 4 assists. Ramirez and Vendela af Malmborg each hit two 3-point shots.

Shani Atar contributed 9 rebounds off the bench, which led the team.
