Panthers Need Overtime but Hang on to Beat Pasco-Hernando 100-93

Palm Beach came out on top in an outstanding back-and-forth matchup versus Pasco-Hernando 100-93 in overtime.

In a tightly contested matchup, it came down to the final seconds of regulation.  With Palm Beach leading by 3, Pasco-Hernando had a steal and two-on-one fast break.  Fortunately for the Panthers, it ended up in a turnover for the Bobcats.  On the very next possession for the Panthers, it lead to another stop for the Bobcats and this time the Bobcats converted on their possession to cut the lead to 1.  A foul and free throw later, Palm Beach is up 2 with 5 seconds to play. Pasco-Hernando is able to make a layup as the buzzer went off to tie the game and send it to overtime.  Overtime belonged to the Panthers as they took the lead and never trailed in the extra period.

Panthers put 6 in double-digit scoring led by Ryan Moore with 18 points. Free throws was the name of the game as Palm Beach went 24-28 from the line while Pasco only attempted 16, but made 12.

Koby Isaac and Torrin Andrews (17 points each), Caleb Muller (14 points), and Eduardo Diaz and Yves Fleuranvil (13 points each) contributed to the Panthers balanced offensive attack.
