With a 14-3 win on Tuesday, Head Coach Kyle Forbes has picked up his 400th career victory with the Panthers. For his career, that victory was his 644th.
The journey to 400 wins leading Palm Beach State College's baseball team is filled with many successes. In 2013, he led the Panthers to a FCSAA/Region 8 championship and which clinched an automatic spot in the NJCAA National Tournament, where they lost to Central Alabama in the National Championship game. He has coached numerous players who have reached the Major Leagues, including World Series winner Brad Peacock, Nick Vespi, Sammy Peralta, and Peter Strzelecki.
According to College Baseball Insights, 26 former Panthers were playing at a 4-year institution in the Spring 2023 season.
