PBSC Baseball Once Again Scores 18 Runs

Baseball defeated Inspiration Academy by a score of 18-8 on Friday, marking the 5th time the Panthers have scored 14 or more runs on the season.

John rodriguez was a perfect 6-6 on the day. He drove in 4 runs and scored 4 of his own. True Freshman Skyler Schulz also tallied 4 RBI's (on 3 hits).

After a 6-2 lead after 4, PBSC would squander the lead briefly after giving up 5 in the 5th. The Panther bats would answer just one inning later with 5 runs of their own. Skyler Schulz delivered the knockout blow of the game with a two-run single that put PBSC up 11-7.

Palm Beach would score 5 more in the bottom of the 7th to put the game out of reach. The game ended when the "run rule" was enforced in the 8th after the Panthers scored 2 on a John Rodriguez double.
